Kurt Fauerbach
Senior Vice President, Head of Workplace
As Senior Vice President, Head of Workplace at 91传媒 Engines, Kurt and his team steward the firm鈥檚 relationships with its largest and most complex recordkeeping partners and employers. He is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight, pricing and profitability, and overall management of these relationships. Kurt leads the teams that successfully service all the firm鈥檚 sponsors and providers, creates and delivers institutional marketing communications, and configures and implements newly signed sponsors.
Kurt joined EFE in 2008 and has held various leadership roles within the Workplace business. Additionally, he helped lead the integration project of EFE鈥檚 acquisition of The Mutual Fund Store in 2016. Prior to joining EFE in 2008, Kurt spent ten years as Chief Operating Officer of a large, Massachusetts-based, not-for-profit organization where he managed the firm鈥檚 Human Resources Department and retirement plans along with serving on the organization鈥檚 Investment Committee.
He received a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from Bryant University and a master鈥檚 degree in public affairs from the University of Massachusetts, Boston where he was valedictorian of the M.P.A. program.
