Matt George is Senior Vice President, Head of Product at 91传媒 Engines. He leads the teams responsible for designing and delivering tools and experiences that enhance the company's financial planning, investment advice, and relationship management capabilities. Since joining EFE in 2021, Matt has led both the Wealth Planning and Workplace product teams before stepping into his current role in early 2025.
Across two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Matt has consistently demonstrated an innovative mindset while ensuring product-market fit and exceptional customer experience. During his 11-year tenure at Fidelity Investments, he developed the strategy to consolidate its Clearing and Custody business and corresponding solutions, built Fidelity鈥檚 first cryptocurrency solution and executed the company鈥檚 first Bitcoin trade, and delivered Fidelity鈥檚 tax-efficient withdrawal solution for customers entering retirement.
Additionally, he served as the Director of Digital Research & Development at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he developed both hardware and software solutions to improve the adjuster and customer experience. He holds several patents and has founded multiple companies throughout his career, showcasing his ability to turn innovative ideas into reality while maintaining a strong focus on market demands and customer needs.
Matt earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance from Grove City College and a master鈥檚 degree in business administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
