Valerie Pimenta
Chief People Officer
Valerie Bolch Pimenta is Chief People Officer at 91传媒 Engines. She oversees all human resources functions including talent, learning and development, and culture, as well as corporate citizenship and philanthropy efforts across the firm.
Valerie joined EFE in June 2022 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Service and Operations. In that role, she oversaw service for the firm鈥檚 Wealth Planning clients, support for its planning teams, and centralized operations for both the Wealth Planning and Workplace business lines.
Prior to joining EFE, Valerie was the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of M Securities, a division of M Financial Group, where she was responsible for strategic direction of the broker-dealer and RIA, as well as the teams that supported advisors and their diverse business lines. Valerie also previously held multiple leadership roles at Fisher Investments, including Vice President of Legal and Compliance, as well as Group Vice President of Client Operations. Before Fisher Investments, she worked at LPL Financial Services and Merrill Lynch.
Valerie earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics and business from Westmont College and a master鈥檚 degree in business administration from the University of San Diego.
